The Rural Electrification Fund (REF) board and management made a decision to conduct switch on ceremonies in all the provinces to promote brand visibility, to assess customer satisfaction and allow the beneficiaries to meet and mingle with REF leadership.
In 2020, REF conducted switch on ceremonies in all the eight rural provinces.
